Review: Good Will Hunting

It’s not too pretentious and the whacked-out premise is actually believable, but, the best part: it wasn’t about gay people. Aside from one ‘fag!’ and a comment about the bartender wanting a sex-change operation, this Gus Van Sant feature was straight as an arrow, and more enjoyable because of it. The gay angle in Elephant ruined everything, and Milk, well. Damon, the Afflecks and that other dude make from a great team, and Minnie Driver proves that she can play a college student at 30.
